Order Statuses

There are 5 order status possible:

  • Completed

The order has the status of Completed when the order has been placed and the payment confirmed. This means that the payment has been taken from your account and the code has been sent to you.

  • Under Review

The order has the status of In Review when the order has to be reviewed by our team before it is approved. This means that the payment is on hold until the order is accepted.

  • Failed

The order has the status of Failed when the order has been placed but the payment refused. This means that the order has been rejected and therefore will need to place a new order.

  • Pending payment

The order has the status of Pending Payment when the order has been placed but the payment as not been processed. This means that the order has been placed on hold until the customer enter valid payment details in order for us to collect the fund before releasing the code.

  • Refunded

The order has the status of Refunded when the order has been placed, the payment was accepted but then return to the customer. 


You can check the status by going to My account > Orders and select the order you want to check.
