Order history and order status can be checked by going to your Order section.
- Hover your Username on the top right corner.
- Select Account from the drop down.
- Select Orders from the left menu to see the list of the orders you have placed.
This page allow the customer to find an order number for orders that have been placed on the site but also the date, amount and status of the order. If an order has Failed or has a Pending Payment status you will be able to pay for that order by pressing the Pay button.
Note that from that section you can also Cancel an order that was placed previously. Order can only be cancelled if the current status is Pending Payment or Failed

Check your Orders
